DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for all cold-calling/developing new business leads
*Assisting sales representatives with territory management by identifying and prioritizing prospects in territory and creating strategies for approaching these leads
*Telephone, email and other forms of prospecting for new customers; fielding inbound calls & email inquiries
*Securing appointments for the sales team for on-site product demonstrations
*Conducting qualification, discovery and other pre-sales calls with prospects
*Following up on marketing leads to further qualify prospects, offer solutions, and provide quotes Generating prospect interest and scheduling sales meetings for company events such as trade shows, industry events and similar
*Use of Housecallpro and Tinsel CRM to provide details as activities which may lead to documented opportunity that is transitioned to sale
*Conducting professional sales presentations over the internet & phone
*Generating sales reports and other ad-hoc projects
*Promoting and maintaining positive customer relations
*Generate 20 new leads per week
*Most have a 75% close rate
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Understanding of sales techniques, processes and environment
Proven ability and comfort with cold calling, prospecting and closing accounts
At ease speaking with decision makers and an understanding of the process of selling over the phone
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
