Job Description
Optometrist - Ft. Wayne, IN OD $180k - $200K Package
Seeking to hire an Eye Care specialist for a retail eye care practice. You will provide services comprised of wide
spectrum diagnostics, therapeutics (non invasive) and care to assist patients with primary to advanced ocular diseases
and complications. skilled in identifying and prescribing corrective resolutions to achieve the desired effect through
minimum possible treatment cycle.
Location: Ft. Wayne, IN
REQUIREMENTS:
O.D degree from Accredited School or University
Licensed as an Optometrist in This State
WHAT WE OFFER:
$140,000 to $160,000 Base Salary ++ $10K Bonus + $18K - $36K Incentive Plan!
$180,000 - $200,000 /Year Package! Student Loan Reimbursement Up To $1,000. Per Month
Comprehensive benefits package: Student Loan Reimbursement, 3 Weeks PTO, Full Medical and Dental, 401K Plan, Life
Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc...
Hours of operation:
Monday through Saturday Great Hours
Saturday's 3 x's Per Month Are Required.
