Preferably have Operations experience
Strong Administration skills
Matric
Drivers Licence
Own Transport
JOB DESCRIPTION: Not limited to.
Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports and dealing with all administration involved
Answering & Screening calls
Relaying accurate messages to relevant department/person
Directing clients/visitors to relevant department/person
Uploading all relevant information to system
Processing Overtime
Filing and Faxing documents
