Job Description

5+ years in senior project/program management roles with proven experience in leading complex projects for Marketing, and or Customer Success business functions Must have experience with CRM platforms like (link removed), peripheral apps that integrate to it and how these supports business processes, as well as marketing systems such as Marketo and Eloqua Equipped with a deep knowledge of Salesforce, as the Revenue Ops Program Manager you'll serve as a bridge between Sales and Marketing Operations You can balance a program workload and staffing according to project/program and organizational priorities and goals You have a solid understanding of the SaaS business model and specifically how a Marketing org functions. Understanding of full lead lifecycle: top of funnel => handoff to Sales => Sales lifecycle You have deep experience in driving projects in an agile/scrum, waterfall or hybrid environment. Demonstrated experience in all phases of both the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and non-technology project lifecycle, including identification of business problems, development of business cases and project plans, and project management and closeout You have an immense curiosity and flexibility to tailor the best solutions for Asana, rather than operating from a honed playbook You love learning and have a passion for empowering others to do their best work You build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders, keeping them and their teams engaged and motivated especially when going gets tough You effectively interact with audiences at all levels to facilitate and influence decision-making and problem-solving across projects, programs, and teams. Adaptable self-starter skilled at creating structure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, driving effective, timely solutions Superior communication and a proven track record of interacting successfully at multiple levels: individual contributors, management, stakeholders, and executives. Solid understanding of systems beyond Salesforce (Iterable, Marketo, Drift, etc) and how they support business operations, hands-on experience with collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Google, Jira, etc Experience leading projects/programs in a B2B SaaS organization PMP or Agile certification preferred
