On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced Payments country/Regional Manager to join one of their brand.
The right candidate is locally based in Sofia or willing to relocate, help with the relocation is offered.
Tasks
- Devise the department s strategy to meet market standards and
ensure that players and businesses are getting the desired delivery for the best user experience on the user side and cash flow on the business side - Own the department s roadmap, ensure the cashier accommodates all essential operation methods in target markets
- Focal point and manage the relationships with the processors
- Manage, lead and develop dedicated and strategic tools and
instruments for the relevant region - Work with product owners to develop the right product for your
markets - Manage all online processing, UX, performance, risk management,
money flow, settlement, cashier inventory - Work in collaboration with the operations team to see market
objectives are met, develop the right processes to ensure the optimal operation is in place to meet business demands - Source and manage the providers, manage the priority of the
integration and assist project managers to achieve an optimized user interface and deposit/payout flow - Manage providers' risk in terms of balances and settlements
- Manage relationships with key providers, ongoing negotiation with
all providers for better commercial and operational terms
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payments in
a leading position. - Experience is in GCC and Indian markets strongly preferred.
- iGaming experience great advantage.
