Skill SAP HCM PA and TM modules

Years of Experience Minimum 7 years of deep domain experience in SAP HCM

|The SAP HCM Functional consultant will be responsible for providing functional support and maintenance of the SAP HCM PA and TM modules. They will manage and monitor / track delivered solutions to ensure fit with overall technology and business direction. They will influence and support the enterprise architecture approach and governance model with alignment to business strategy. They will lead workstreams that support data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement. Participate in SAP HR projects and production support as an integral part of a cross-functional team in order to enhance existing applications or implement new ones to support the delivery of HR Services.

Must Have Skills

Requirements gathering, solutioning, system configuration, testing, training, documentation and any tasks for the applications and interfaces managed by the team that arise within an application project implementation or change request management.

Experience with Configuring Time schemas for positive and negative time management

Support payrolls for different plants using Kronos time clocks

Interact with End users and resolve the issues independently

Experience on working with support projects and handle the SLA and deliverables.

Should support the FIORI application for all the aspects like authorization, or structures and master data.

Should also have experience on working with SP upgrades, FIORI upgrades etc.

Following the change from initial request through to implementation, and ensuring any roadblocks (approvals, testing) are quickly addressed

Should work on Change requests and implementation of new policies and confirming the change met with customer needs following implementation.

Experience with processes standardization and harmonization.

Work across SAP module boundaries and integrate with other SAP modules

Should have excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a customer environment and work in coordination with a remote project team

Ability to build good training documentation

Analytical skills to build problem statements and come up with solution statements

Experience in managing tasks and deliverables related to an SAP implementation project in different phases

Experience with testing and data migration

Good to have skills:

Kronos application

Nice to have skills

Ability to build and manage effective documentation

Understanding of programming concepts and productivity tools

Conduct training sessions for the users
