Job Description


Summary : End to End Talent Engagement and support towards the engagement
activities within the organization through various structured initiatives with strong emphasis on
employee well being.


Eligibility Criteria
5 plus years of experience overall and 3 plus years of experience in handling talent
Engagement/ Employee well being.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for official purpose (if required)
Experience in Branding, Social Media Marketing, Employee connect, Employee well
being, Happiness quotient, Designing and Enhancing organizational engagement
techniques.
Familiarity with using social media/networking sites like Facebook/LinkedIn and ATS
tools
He/She should have handled a team.
