Candidates can be from any manufacturing domain who is good in component design / machine design etc.,

(For example, he said in Automobile industry, we can look for candidates who are designing the Engines)

OLG - They are actually into manufacturing of Gears (called tap changers, used in transformers) which automatically maintains output voltage irresprective of fluctuations.

He said in India, only 3 companies are into this and OLG is one among them.

The candidate I am looking for:

1. Must be willing to settle in Chennai or already settled here.

2. About 50 years old.

3. Must know Physics

4. Must be a Mechanical Engineer. Diploma no bar.

5.He will be designated DGM R&D

6. Must have working knowledge of Design and Drawing Software like ProE, Solidworks etc

7. Proficiency in English and Tamil to interact with foreigners and colleagues.

8. Knowledge of simulation software to check stress etc.

9. Must have worked in Prototype manufacturing

10. Team building and leadership. A fine team exists which should be nurtured
