Lead Growth of B2B Categories
Drive positive unit economics of the category
Manage Client relationship and SLAs
Understand client needs and develop plans to fulfil them inline with organization's objectives
Communicate with business leadership to evaluate requirement and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps and business priorities
Work with Ground ops team for smooth deployment and resolutions
Review commercials from time to time and work for competitive structure as per market along with client
Handle client data to ensure smooth invoicing and pay-out
Analyze data for trends and ensure better efficiency and smooth operations
