Job Description

Analytical & Fast Faced PA/Office Manager

ERE property are a forward thinking and fast paced company with huge growth plans. We are looking for a multi tasking individual who works at a fast pace to support our highly driven Managing Director to achieve the company’s goals.

ERE believes in diversification and team work, all our recruits perform DISC profiling before joining the business and we encourage a mix of personalities within our team. We understand that everyone is an individual and all work at different paces with different skills sets, and the key to a productive team is to have people who sit in each quadrant.

What we are looking for in this role is someone who is High C, Analytical and task oriented and high D, Fast paced. Someone who thinks logically, strives for results, can multi task and adapt to change, and drives high standards. If you know profiles through colors, this is someone who is High Blue, High Red.

We need a driven indididual who can take control and accountability and needs little supervision. Being a SME each person within our business has an important role to play, and team work and ownership of your tasks is important.

Duties of our PA/Office Manager

·         Managing the companies sales tracker on a complicated Excel document

·         Taking ownership of the office and any maintenance issues

·         Managing external contracts and relationships

·         Confidential HR filing

·         Managing the petty cash

·         Updating the companies cashflow

·         Handling any complaints or issues

·         Supporting the Managing Director with adhoc projects

·         Diary management

·         Producing presentations

Experience Required

·         3+ years in a fast passed office environment

·         Advanced Excel skills

·         Some financial knowledge desirable

·         Excellent relationship building skills

·         Ability to work on their own initiative

·         Worked with confidential information
