MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop and generate quality reports for Senior Management and Finance by utilizing Workday HRIS while collaborating with global counterparts.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data.

Assist with the design, testing, and modification of Workday HRIS and other HR solutions as needed; continually review working practices to ensure ongoing efficiencies.

Responsible for oversight of Americas payroll, submission and approval; develop and maintain a great working relationship with vendors to ensure smooth processing occurs; act as the first point of contact on all payroll related queries.

Work closely with the Finance team to ensure the HR and Finance records are aligned.

Respond to RFP data requests.

Assist with year-end compensation cycle and annual audit/tax requests for 401(k) and payroll

Be the first point of contact for basic employee questions related to the compensation programs at the firm.

Ad hoc projects and reports, as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelors Degree required.

2-8 years HR experience, preferably in the financial services.

Experienced user of HR information systems (Workday preferred).

Excellent PC skills with deep knowledge of Microsoft products including advanced Excel skills.

Familiarity with payroll administration is preferred (link removed)>
Must have an analytical mindset.

Able to quickly build strong productive working relationships through an assurance of tact and confidentiality.

Efficient and highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can-do attitude.

Must be a self-starter, problem-solver, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
