Who you are


As a licensed real estate professional you will work directly with our Occupier Services team in the daily operation of the teams business. If you are interested in enlarging your current scope and want exposure to more corporate and global opportunities, then this is the position for you. In this role you will expand your knowledge in all aspects of commercial leasing, marketing, and sales, utilizing a unique combination of financial and research skills. Opportunities for long-term growth to senior brokerage roles are possible and encouraged. Ultimately, you bring a passion for real estate, strong intellectual capabilities, and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.


What you bring


Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of Florida

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant commercial real estate experience

You are highly motivated and bring a high level of energy and initiative to everything you do!

Excellent organizational, interpersonal quantitative, writing and communication skills.

Self-motivated, well organized and with excellent time management skills.

Desire to advance in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior experience using CRM programs (i.e. Salesforce or ACT).

Spreadsheet applications experience (Microsoft Excel).


Bonus skills and experience


Sales experience (including telemarketing).

Familiarity with commercial leases and terms.


What success looks like


You will be heavily involved with cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads and opportunities to assist in deals.

You have a great attitude and apply it in learning the business and local marketplace by attending industry events/participating in client meetings.

You complete quality financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis in Excel and other programs.

You will coordinate supporting materials for offer packages and review proposals, leases and related documents.

You will prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents.

You will maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.

You will eventually transition to independently managing lease transactions from start to finish.
