JOB SUMMARY:
The Privileged Access Management team is responsible for the management and delivery of global strategic privileged access management platform. The team builds strategic capabilities, enabling transformation efforts, embedding quality in all systems and processes and delivering the Company experience to stakeholders. Position/Program Requirements Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Working with Privileged Access Management technologies
- Transitioning, maintaining, and using Security Technologies such as Endpoint protection, Data Loss Prevention, Identity and Access Management products, and Forensic tools
- Working in a central technology service organization and complex, matrix organization,
- Working with multiple stakeholders across functional and various technical skill sets
- Reviewing access requests from users
- Conducting analysis of users needs in order to make appropriate decisions for provisioning/deprovisioning
- Working with Identity Management Tools in order to administer appropriate access to users
- Conducting Identity Hygiene activities in order to establish stale accounts are removed from the Identity Management environment.
- Defining Identity Governance in line with legal/regulatory frameworks
- Engaging with stakeholders to review access rights against operating manuals
- Understanding of security technology operational industry standards
- Applying continuously independent judgment through collaborating with others and influencing others through a small team of direct reports, through work on projects and in teams, and/or through leading portions of larger projects
- Developing less-experienced staff through coaching and written/verbal feedback
- Building and maintaining relationships across a network of firms to effectively deliver Identity and Access management activities
- Executing tasks aligned to Identity and Access Management with autonomy.
Job Description for Secrets Support:
- Assist with core product support across all environments: Development (DEV), Test (TST) and Production (PRD).
Must Have:
- Knowledge of Linux (RHEL, CentOS), Cloud (at least one of the 3 major cloud providers), Identity & Access management experience, as it relates to the following:
General IT/Networks knowledge and experience
b. Hands-on experience in supporting Identity & Access management solution
c. 2+ years of experience in supporting one of the PAM tool (CyberArk PAM or HashiCorp Vault)
- Desired Experience:
- Secrets management tools
- Azure AD
- Azure DevOps
- Jenkins
- Terraform
- Scripting (development, execution)
- Experience with Identity Governance Products (SailPoint, Oracle, Saviynt)
- Proficiency with programming languages and technologies (Python, Bash, Git, Postman/REST APIs)
