Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician
Location: Edgware, NW9 6NW
Salary: Up to 32,000 Basic salary + time saved bonus & customer satisfaction bonus OTE 45-50K

Our client is a fantastic, privately owned business that has grown significantly over the past 20 years and how has 650 employees across 16 dealerships.
They are now actively looking to recruit a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician for their dealership in the Edgware area.
With their excellent time saved bonus and customer satisfaction bonus, technicians can earn very good money OTE 45-50K
Being a Technician for our client is a fast placed and exciting role. In this role you will be working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the dealership.

Job Overview
Our client is looking for a passionate Vehicle Technician to repair and service their customers vehicle to the highest standards possible.
Key Responsibilities:
To receive work from the workshop controller and carry out related checked, administration and protection routines
To assess tool and equipment requirements and communicate any related issues
To service and repair all vehicles
To report on all additional repair requirements as they are identified
To make written and verbal reports on service and repair activity to the workshop controller
To complete all administrative procedures (including warranty) relating to service and repair work
To undertake vehicle road tests when necessary

Skills / Experience Required:
You will be a Level 3 qualified technician, they can also consider Level 2 Technicians if they have a strong background and are willing to be trained up to Level 3
Full and valid UK driving licence
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
A strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
