JOB DESCRIPTION:
The department is looking for a Developer to join our Process Improvement team in New York.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in an Agile fashion to execute against a roadmap of solutions and deliver regular outputs. This includes supporting the detailed design of technical solutions and collaborating with team members to implement those solutions
Integrate and interoperate with systems, applications, services, and data via APIs and other mechanisms
Utilize tools that monitor and log all touchpoints of process flow applications, and notify/alert workflow administrators/users as needed
Build and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:
Work experience in software development or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related field
Experience designing and building business process management solutions (e.g., workflow automation) and integrating solutions with other enterprise systems
Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment, especially using Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and/or other flavors of Agile
Ability to drive engineering best practices and principles (e.g., pull request reviews, linting, self-documenting code, KISS, YAGNI, etc.)
Experience with JavaScript (frontend and backend) and CSS
Experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular and Node.js) or other stack (e.g., MongoDB + Express + React + Node, MongoDB + Express + Vue + Node, SQL Server + Express + Angular + Node, etc.)
Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
Experience building, consuming, and documenting APIs (REST, OAS, Swagger, Postman, etc.)
Experience with containers (Docker)
Experience with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Helm)
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with a CSS preprocessor such as SASS, LESS
Experience with Kubernetes
Ability to identify and deliver meaningful process improvement enhancements for the business
Experience developing workflows based on the BPMN standard leveraging Camunda as a business process automation platform
The ability to build and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders
