Outdoor Tree Lighting Team Member

Fleming's Holiday Lighting is looking for additional people to add to our team of highly qualified team members. We are currently looking to bring on additional people to start Immediately.

Our company is responsible for the installation of seasonal lighting for municipalities, commercial properties and private residences. Our team members typically work 4 days a week, 10hrs a day. Additionally, our team works off of 12 adjustable ladders that weigh 55lbs. The operator must be able to carry and manipulate the weight of the ladder. We work in all weather conditions.

We are not looking for average individuals (link removed) we hold ourselves to the highest standards and look for team members that do the same. We are also a very active and outdoor geared team. Our work is primarily outside and we all share the love of the outdoors. Some of the attributes that we look for in people are:

We pay above average for this kind of work to make sure that we can find a great team. Team members will start out at $20 an hour! When a team member has proven themselves to be a valuable team member, the goal will be to advance them up to $35 an hour by the end of the season. We also have bonuses, $500 a month bonus with minimum commitment of a season.
