Remote Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description
We are looking for someone who is motivated, confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and searching for a career with a purpose with high-income levels. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meeting with clients virtually, analyzing clients' information making product recommendations, and providing ongoing service.

Responsibilities
-Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
-Educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter
-Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals
-Offer clients insurance solutions so that they have ample coverage to protect and achieve their goals.
-Cultivate relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security
-Build and expand your insurance practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients.
-Provide compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise
-Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in insurance, sales, and customer service is preferred but not required
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Strong negotiation skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-High level of integrity
-Ability to acquire high-speed Internet, capable computer, & USB headset
-A strong work ethic is a must
-An outgoing personality is a huge plus
-Must be extremely coachable Life insurance license (if not licensed, willing to obtain it)
