Content Marketing Manager (gn)

Your mission

Wandelbots is searching for a Content Marketing Manager to drive and execute our content strategy. Your content will educate the customer along the lifecycle and help to build our brand in Europe, the US, and globally. You will develop and execute content end-to-end: from ideation to writing, editing, and distributing the content across online and offline platforms and managing stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Create content frameworks and execution plans along the customer lifecycle that support our business strategy and are tailored for our buyer personas and target markets.
• Support SEO rankings with your content planning & execution for relevant keywords
• Understand our corporate & product messaging and transfer it into accurate, targeted, and compelling content
• Independently execute your content plan and manage end-to-end development of content to ensure all production deliverables are met on-time and within scope on multiple projects - such as blogs, web pages, pitch decks, whitepapers, webinars, videos, e-mails
• Work with subject matter experts to gather source material and technical expertise to communicate product updates and new products to the market
• Work closely with the go-to-market teams, develop and write email nurtures and advertising copy
• Develop and maintain a community engagement strategy to create enthusiasm, drive & increase digital traffic and engagement
• Monitor market trends, influencers, competitors and channels to optimise our messaging, distribution channels and potential content partners
• Track the success of contents on a quarterly base and inform the reporting with dedicated content KPIs

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in a content-related role (ideally B2B)
• Proven ability to write high-quality, long-form content on complex topics along the customer lifecycle as well as compelling short-form social media content
• In-depth knowledge on how to improve SEO performance with content
• Superior proofreading skills with a demonstrated mastery of English and/or German grammar, punctuation, and style
• Ability to synthesize research into compelling, well-structured content that connects with the target audience
• Strong project management/organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on planning, setting priorities, managing processes, and meeting deadlines
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions and improve communications as needed
• Proven experience writing for technical audiences on one or more of the following topics: automation, manufacturing, robotics, SaaS, platforms, software
• Experience with content management systems and a basic understanding of HTML and graphic software tools (Figma, Photoshop)
