ABOUT HYRISE ACADEMY

Hyrise is a mission-driven company with a clear purpose: we believe everybody should be empowered to pursue a career they love, and we re working hard to make it happen.

As of today, we recruit and train salespeople for top tech companies.

  • We give people access to new careers, by recruiting, preparing and placing people in tech sales roles at top tech companies - no matter their background.
  • We help people perform better at their jobs, through intensive sales training courses, 1:1 coaching, and a broad collection of content.

We are 100% remote and funded by reputable business angels. Our latest big step was our appearance on the startup show Die H hle der L wen .

Tasks

Hyrise began as a traditional B2C bootcamp, but soon evolved to an on-the-job training program. Our Academy is now centered around two main products:

  • Training Boosts. These are intensive online courses for SDRs and AEs led by professional sales coaches. So far, we have delivered 10+ boosts successfully. We are continuously learning and evolving our pedagogy, content and operations to ensure they are as effective and satisfactory as possible.
  • Continuous enablement. We believe training needs to be continuous. Aside from boosts, we are looking to launch a continuous enablement subscription that would give people on-demand access to coaching, content, and our community. We have validated the concept with 30+ hiring partners and intend to launch this in 2023 owned by you.

We are looking for someone who fully owns and drives the success of our training academy. You help shape the vision and bring it to life via your day-to-day activities.

We need someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to have an impact on people's lives and build the best sales training product in the industry. You should be equally as comfortable zooming out and shaping our vision and strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty to execute.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Turn our academy services into a scalable solution portfolio through continuous improvement, and standardizing our delivery and operations processes.
  • Continuously evolve our product offering including all relevant dimensions - content, pedagogy and delivery operations.
  • Learn the most effective team configuration and roles necessary to scale, and build a team around you of coaches, content creators, and any other role you think it s valuable to achieve our goals.
  • Ensure we deliver outstanding satisfaction to all our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our B2B sales team to stay close to the needs of the market and ensure we stay relevant.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience of tech sales coaching, or working with an on-the-job training product.
  • Experience as an entrepreneur, intrapreneur or project owner with a track record of delivering high-satisfaction results.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in learning design or coaching pedagogy.
  • Experience working in a tech sales team is a big plus.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • A results-oriented, data-driven mindset. You love to set goals, track progress, and achieve them. You can define what success looks like and communicate that within and across teams.
