Technical Writer

Tasks

Your Role

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded Technical Writer to shape the future of personalization and digital customer experience solutions. Take the opportunity to educate our future clients and a global audience on the latest developments in the space while working closely with our founders and an amazing team with 10+ years of experience building incredible products at the forefront of technology.

• Writing concise technical documentation and contributing to our content strategy with technical blog posts by creating educational material for our developer audience.
• Reviewing, writing, and editing technical documentation for all new product features.
• Continuously improving the documentation based on our roadmap and user feedback in collaboration with engineering, product, marketing, and other responsible teams.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and other responsible teams to identify gaps and plan the editorial roadmap for technical content.
• Contributing to release notes, blog posts, and other materials about the new product features.

Requirements

Your Profile

• You have 2+ years of experience in technical writing, formatting, and editing in English for a global audience on APIs.
• You have a proven track record of researching the latest trends in fast-changing industries
• You have entrepreneurial ambition, are proactive, and have a hands-on mentality.
• You have acquired knowledge of programming basics - ideally, in Typescript, React, and Next.js.
• You have strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• You have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements.
• Any previous exposure to MACH architecture, JAMstack, and composable architecture is a big plus.
• You have experience working collaboratively within a distributed team.
