QA Engineer (m/f/d)

At Entyre, we have made it our mission to improve patient care with technology. Missing transparency and high complexity within our health care system frequently led to an over- and undersupply of care-dependent people. Every year, this results in thousands of preventable hospitalizations and deaths. It takes a heavy toll on the healthcare system and on our society.

Day in, day out, our care consultants are at the forefront of this, supported by our proprietary software solutions. Together, we ensure that people receiving outpatient care can stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

Your main objective will be to build and test our product from within the team. You will take end to end ownership of ensuring that the product will be stable and built on strong quality principles. We will rely on your technical expertise, automation skills, consultative approach, and collaboration to move both the product and the team closer to our goals.

You will:

• Ensure the overall quality of business-critical features.
• Work with developers to design and develop QA automation for our mobile and web applications.
• Develop effective QA strategies and create reliable, detailed test plans, test cases and documentation.
• Establish quality assurance measures and testing standards throughout the software development process including bug fixes and enhancements.
• Discover and experiment with new test techniques and formats, strive for continuous improvement to uncover and prevent bugs.
• Work together with developers and our Product Owners in an agile manner in a squad-based organization.

Requirements

What you will need to have an impact with us

• At least 3+ years of QA experience with basic QA automation background on Android mobile apps and web applications, awareness of related frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) using JavaScript (Typescript is a plus).
• Experience working with databases (MongoDB is a plus)
• Proven experience and completed test projects in mobile and web test automation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
• Fluent in English (C1), German (A2-B1) skills are a plus
• To be organized, communicative, proactive, and excited to be involved in ongoing product development.
• Passion for quality, testing, and performance.
• Ability to identify, articulate issues and take ownership for delivering practical solutions, while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills combined with influence and eagerness to share and develop others
• Good learning ability, open-mindedness and good self-organizational skills will be key to the success of your work and the business overall.
