Job Description

Job Description: Direct experience in Workday researching worker profiles, investigating the backend of BPs to determine root cause of data issues, and implementing the solutions either via UI or EIB is a must.

Employee Data Analyst:

If you're a curious HR data analyst with experience not only digging into the "why" behind Workday data fallouts, but also developing the "how" for the solution AND the desire to fly at the speed of Salesforce as we spend the next 10+ months implementing a new Workday tenant, let's talk!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Validate large data extracts in preparation for conversion using Python, Excel, and Workday reports.

-Investigating root cause for data fallout, developing a solution and implementing the same to ensure 100% success of data extract loads.

-Coordinate and execute global E2E UAT for Workday updates to ensure security access, business processes, and mass loads (EIBs) are functioning as expected

-Maintain documentation for new business processes, including updating existing documentation based on enhancement made to existing processes and tools

-Drive project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication and managing escalation/risk.

-Contribute to one or more of the following functional areas within the conversion workstream of the Workday re-implementation project: compensation/job architecture, HCM, security, integrations, data conversation/archival
