DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING AND ESTIMATING IMPACT:

• Lead a team that creates and maintains business for the company in the manufacturing of products for the oil and gas industry including refineries.
  
  
  

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING AND ESTIMATING DETAILS:

• Collaborate and consult with clients about their project needs & requirements.


• Customize any critical rigging requirements for a specific project.


• Lead and mentor the estimating and engineering team


• Direct development of proposals and manage client interaction.


• Assist with the sales group lead(s) to sell the project through to award.


• Work with project development and execution teams with project requirements and deliverables.


• Work with finance on margin analysis and forecasting cash flow for the company backlog. Training and mentoring other groups within company with estimating and template tools. Lead report development data for presentation.


• Reports to Sr. VP of Commercial Services.
  
  
  

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING AND ESTIMATING BACKGROUND:

• 7+ years in commercial services of industrial repair and maintenance in the oil and gas industry


• Experience in oil and gas and particularly refinery repair is helpful but not required
