1. Proven work experience as a Hospital Administration Manager or similar role
2. Knowledge of medical terminology and the hospital industry
3. Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to supervise and train team members
6. Supervise daily administrative operations
7. Monitor expenses and suggest a cost-effective alternatives, create quarterly and annual budgets
8. Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
9. Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
10. Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff
11. Resolve potential issues with patients.
12. Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
