Job Description
1. Advise the execution team about any safety-related issues and develop methods to improve personnel safety.
2. Participate in a management meeting and convey the safety-related issues/message to the line & top management
3. Monitoring the workplace and access the hazardous situation and follow up to rectify the issue.
4. Closely monitor the unsafe acts/behavior and correct them.
5. Carry out a Risk assessment and assign control measures and follow-up.
6. Carry out Audit & Inspection periodically to ensure hazards are minimized.
7. Conduct incident investigations if required.
8. Prepare statistics reports to the senior management.
9. Review and implementation of the company policy and ensure legal implications.
10. Participate in Toolbox talk along with execution supervisor to ensure TBT is being done before starting each shift.
