The Relationship Manager will proactively sells the company's financial services to existing customers and prospects, guides the sales efforts of the platform team, ensures superior customer service levels, and manages the daily operations of their branch.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achievement of personal sales goals, and proactively guiding the sales activities for the sales team toward achievement of branch goals.
Through tested techniques, engage in sales and service coaching sessions with sales staff.
Manages customer service levels adhering, established to guidelines.
Maintain connection with customers and develop new business in the region through relationship building and proposing region-specific initiatives.
Assist with recruiting, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing team to achieve company goals.
Requirement:
Experience candidates from Banking, Financial Services, Digital Payment Services & Insurance Industry with Sales background may apply.
Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree.
Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
