Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and standards for all aspects of the PSM regulated chemical plant site.

You must be willing to:
Coordinate compliance of the OSHA PSM Standards
Monitor confined space/hot work permit programs
Conduct routine inspections/periodic audits of facility/employees for compliance with safety policies
Coordinate/lead site safety meetings
Ensure training is conducted for emergency response personnel
Perform job safety analyses on high incidence job positions
Prepare/post OSHA 300 logs/archive related reports/data
Arrange for medical surveillance to comply with applicable OSHA standards

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS Safety or Engineering
5+ years experience in establishing/maintaining compliance of OSHA/PSM/EPA regulations in a chemical plant
Thorough knowledge/training/guidance of OSHA/PSM/EPA Regulations
Experienced with Lockout Tagout/Confined Space Entry
Familiar with mechanical/chemical plant equipment/operations
