Our client company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to function as a technical specialist to manage all aspects of assigned projects at their refinery.

You must be willing to:
Estimate the cost/feasibility of a given project/supervise contractors/activities/provide engineering assistance
Resolve complex problems related to projects/troubleshoot/update report data
Develop project scopes/budgets/AFE's
Procure equipment/material
Track schedule/costs, provide regular reports/forecasts
Upgrade/design/configure/maintain/monitor equipment/performance
Improve profitability of the refinery
Act as a liaison between the company and county/state agencies

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS in Electrical Engineering (PE preferred)
Refinery/Petrochemical industry experience preferred
Minimum 2 years experience with instrumentation/hazardous location wiring practices/panel design/PLC hardware/I&C design
Ability to coordinate all phases of a project
Experience with MS engineering software
Strong interpersonal/leadership/communication skills
