Call Center Rep

If you like helping people, this is the opportunity for you! The primary responsibilities of this position is to process flexible spending accounts and claims. This position can turn into a work from home opportunity after training is completed.
Pay: $13/hr.
Shift: 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday!
After training: 3pm to 11pm, Tuesday - Saturday - work from home!
What would you do all day? An inbound call center agent handles incoming calls from customers. In this job, your responsibilities are to receive calls at the call center from customers and answer questions, receive complaints, or troubleshoot. You troubleshoot both product or service issues with the customer to attempt to find a resolution. In this role, you are highly focused on customer service. Your duties can include obtaining customer information over the phone, explaining policies, relaying important information to customers, and determining a customer s eligibility for certain programs or resolutions. Additionally, you may be responsible for maintaining communication equipment, tracking customer interactions, and meeting company standards in customer relations.
