Position: Mandarin HR Team Lead Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Hybrid) Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off Industry: Pharmaceutical Company Salary: Negotiable Benefits: Government Mandated Benefits, 13-month pay, HMO Cards (3 dependents) and Allowances, Leave Credits, Free Meals once onsite Responsibilities: Managing the team in providing support to all countries in scope in the respective language Providing high quality of service in every large amount of country to be assisted Provide reliable reports and data when required Managing respective budget and monitor performance to different department and teams Responsible for complaint processing and escalation where necessary Requirements: College Graduate in Business or equivalent Above average expertise in the Traditional Chinese Language (mandarin); Business fluency in English Leadership experience Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration Extensive customer orientation, International experience Ideally work experience in different HR roles Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity Recruitment Process: Hiring Managers CV Screening Language Assessment TL and Final Interview (Possible Same Schedule) Job Offer
