Position Overview:
Responsible for the design, implementation, validation and support of multiple imaging applications (Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, Voice Dictation, Advanced Post Processing, RadOnc, EKG/EEG, GI) and related ancillary systems. Ensures the design, configuration, integration and user experience of these imaging applications, meets business and clinical objectives. Consults with organization clinicians, staff, and vendors of the imaging applications and is responsible for the configuration, testing and problem identification, issue resolution, and on-going support of the assigned applications including new implementation upgrades.
This position is to provide additional support to maintaining and optimizing the Epic system. Many current resources are occupied with a high-priority project slated to Go-Live in October 2023. This position will be to backfill those current resources' regular responsibilities. This may involve a combination of break-fix tickets, protocol build, enhancement requests, and more for both the Beacon and Research modules.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Certification in Epic Beacon and/or Epic Research. Relevant experience may suffice in place of certification. Preferred additional certifications in other modules. Preferred clinical degree such as an RN or PharmD.
