Job Description

This is a Java / HTML/ JavaScript full stack developer position for the Client Relationship Management (CRM) Team in the Institutional Securities. CRM application supports multiple telephony devices - BT Turret, AVAYA, and CISCO. These devices are used by over 8000 users across 18 Business Units including STR, PB, IWM, MSIM & others. Business Users in production log large volume of interactions (phone calls) daily.

The candidate would work on building web modules in HTML5/Angular and corresponding middleware in Java/J2EE to integrate the CRM applications to the different phone systems to do phone number matching, note taking and call capture functionalities. In addition to development, the candidate will be responsible for unit and integration testing of his code and support global rollout of the phone devices and the new CRM app to all Morgan Stanley business users.

The candidate would work closely with the global development teams and the various telephony infrastructure teams contributing functionality to the CRM platform.

Skills Required:

• Strong development experience with HTML5 /JS/CSS technologies.
• Strong work experience with one or more of JS frameworks preferably Angular.
• Strong-moderate development experience with Java/ J2EE technologies.
• Strong OO design and development skills.
• Strong experience with developing reusable components with HTML5 technologies.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Skills Desired:

• Working knowledge of Databases.
• Typescript knowledge optional
