Job Overview
We are looking for a Regional Training Manager for a comprehensive learning solutions provider in Automotive Technology in Mumbai.
You will be expected to deliver trainings at various locations for different groups of participants including Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach), Dealer Front-end Sales Manpower and other critical profiles.
Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct Training of participants based on training needs identified for the assigned territory
- Conduct and deliver trainings in form of Classroom training (CRT), Virtual training (VLT), On the Job training (OJT), e-learning modules-through LMS, along with coaching and mentoring
- Enhance in-house Sales Training capabilities by up skilling the Internal Training Leads
Measuring Training Effectiveness
- Identify competency gaps product knowledge, process knowledge, functional skills, customer experience for assigned manpower and work towards closing gaps through training.
- Conduct role-plays, OJTs, audits and assessments of the assigned manpower including pre-training and post training effectiveness.
- Compile and Present Training Reports and tracking Training Effectiveness through Periodic Audits.
- Ensure that training coverage is in line with key performance indicators and training need analysis.
Training MIS and Database Management
- Preparation of Training Calendar coordinating with Regional and SHQ stakeholders as per standard format.
Requirements
- Graduate preferably B.E. /diploma in Automobile or mechanical or similar
- Basic and advanced knowledge of Automobiles and Automotive Technology.
- Experience of 5+ years in delivering training, training assessment and management.
- Knowledge and understanding of Automotive retail process
- Knowledge of Automotive Allied Businesses such as Insurance, Finance ,Used Car Business and similar
- Basic knowledge of the Indian Auto Industry including Size, Players, Segments, Products, Market Share and similar
