Job Description :
- Implement and Integrate Zoho Apps and amp; Zoho One
- Build project from scratch
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Candidates should be willing to explore creative solutions to solve business requirements
- Manage CRM Implementation projects for Large and amp; Medium Businesses
- Manage Workflow design for clients
- Implement Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books (Inventory, Purchase Orders and Finance apps)
- Record videos and write training documents for customer procedures
- Taking Ownership and responsibility of the projects
- Manage the project quality and deliver the project on-time
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Follow industry best practices
Requirements :
- 2 - 3 years of Zoho CRM / Books / Creator / Inventory and other apps
- Zoho Certification / Accreditation
- Previous experience in Zoho implementation
- Expertise in the use of Office apps like (Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented, punctual and deadline friendly
- Able to communicate in English at actively is required
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
