We're looking for a dynamic National Sales Administration Manager (NSAM) who will provide the day-to-day sales and administrative support to the Retail/Wholesale department including the Field, Marketing and Key.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with account managers and marketing to ensure all product and account
paperwork is prepared and ready for range reviews E.g., GS1, Account New line forms
Load new product information in our customer systems
Assist were required the sales/KAMs with forecasting for our S&OP process and JBP tracking
Ensure product information is managed and accurate
Promotional information to be loaded into customer systems and our systems
GS1 paperwork is up to date and managed regularly (marketing & sales)
Manage SKU Library/SKU Vantage
Creation of a Youfoodz Category Hub for internal stakeholders (HO and field)
Ensure all promotional activity is loaded for our internal systems and our customer systems so that it runs as per the plan E.g. Tagging products Shopify and Puma, PFD etc.
Oversee project management and promotional planning tasks to ensure business
compliance with customers
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Business, Commerce or Finance or equivalent industry experience
2+ years FMCG experience in sales support & administration roles
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft / Google Suites, iOS operating system
Data analysis and reporting experience, specifically on sales results
Demonstrated ability deliver projects of scale that improve & simplify business processes
Sales administration, calendar organisation and travel management experience
Experience using Shopify and Netsuite
Desirable:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build & maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
High levels of resilience, professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Aptitude for blue sky/big picture thinking and taking initiative
