About the HR Executive role

HelloFresh UK is looking for an HR Executive to join our bubbly, friendly Nuneaton people team, to work alongside our existing Executive, along with four HR Coordinators and the HR Lead. The HR Executive role will be ideal for a candidate with a can-do attitude, who is keen to push themselves in all areas of HR practices by working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. The Executive will provide HR advice and support both managers and teams across the site.

What the HR Executive will be doing:


Absence management

Casework management

Training Managers HR processes, new system, general soft skills

Operational Middle Management Support - Huddles explore challenges, process (problem solving etc)

Talent Management working closely with Training team

Support with local delivery of Benefits packages locally

Support with delivery of Processes reviewing efficiencies - Step -Up process

Ad Hoc Projects preparing, organising, and roll out of Culture and Wellbeing initiatives

Support roll out of new T/A System


Who we are looking for:


Hard skills


Experience with HRIS systems

Previous HR generalist experience

Experience reporting on and managing volume absence

Experience of Employee Relations processes and best practice

Microsoft Office

Google Suite experience

Experience in a fast-paced, production environment

Start date: ASAP

Shift/Hours of Work: 40 hours Monday to Friday

Location: The Beehive, Bermuda Industrial Estate, 1 St Georges Way, Nuneaton, CV10 7JS
