Senior Executive Personal Assistant/Chief of Staff to Founder, Private Investment Firm, Dallas, Texas
The founder of a highly successful private investment firm that focuses on the real estate, technology health care industries is looking for a Senior Executive Personal Assistant/Chief of Staff to handle all things administrative to streamline his life. This individual is overseeing the management of nine different operating companies and requires someone that can interact with CEOs, investors, bankers, lawyers, and employees that require various degrees of engagement. Great attention to detail, understanding of logistics, keen memory, superior organizational and a problem- solving skills a MUST. Experience working for an UHNW individual highly desired. This is an in-person position for 5 days a week.
About the Job:
- Support the Founder as gatekeeper handling complex calendar management, personal and professional
- Prioritizing emails from inbox and craft responses on the founders behalf
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel arrangements (the founder travels 60% of the time and has multiple aircraft)
- Prepare Founder for client meetings and presentations; do research, prepare agendas and when needed, take notes at meetings
- Act as liaison and handle property management tasks for multiple properties, as needed
- Arrange dinners, client events and business events as well as oversee others organizing those events
- Help with the founders philanthropic causes
- Personal work; run errands, ad hoc requests, as needed
- Off hour availability via cell

About You:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant to a high- level executive in the C-Suite. Candidates who have supported a UHNW individual and/ or worked in the finance or real estate space highly desired
- Good instincts to prioritize the importance of people and activities
- Very detail oriented with the ability to work independently to solve problems and anticipate needs
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and analytical intelligence
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling/ managing clients with grace and diplomacy
- A hospitality mentality to go above and beyond as well as a no job too small attitude
