Provides prompt courteous, personalized and attentive service via telephone to all the guests.
Provide accurate information/recommendations to guests on any queries regarding food and beverage of the hotel, local area, etc.
Ensures that hotel and company policies are implemented and is adhered to.
Responsible for increasing departmental profitability through suggestive selling.
Actively elicits guest's feedback and takes appropriate response action.
Responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.
Ensures all communication equipment is in good working condition at all times.
Responsible for accepting outlet reservation beyond respective outlet's operating timing.
Responsible for maintaining necessary documentation and records in the department.
Responsible for creating accurate bills/checks for all service requests received and ensuring speedy processing thereafter.
Attends all training classes assigned with special attention to product knowledge and keeps an update on all food and beverage developments within the hotel.
Attends behavioural and vocational training in own and related work areas to enhance skill and become multifunctional.
Shares his/her knowledge and skill with all the employees. Attends food and beverage product knowledge related classes regularly and shares with other staff.
Any other duty assigned by the management and/or manager from time to time. Coordinates with area chef for all food requirements.
Maintains excellent relations and professionalism among colleagues.
Shows interest in and an understanding of processes of other departments.
Fosters professional/friendly relationship with all guests.
Tries to resolve guests' complaints within his/her scope. Utilizes one on one training skill.
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
