Job Description

**Let's design a product users love so much they tell their friends.

**We re building the collaboration platform for frontend development. We bring designers, developers and product owners on one platform to optimize collaboration and review processes.
What is currently mapped in dozens of Slack messages, screenshots, emails and synchronous meetings takes only a mouse click with Widgetbook. We are already loved by frontend teams around the world and proud to allow them to focus on what matters - building great software with superior design.

Tasks

We are looking for a UX designer with a keen sensitivity to users of digital products. You will be responsible for validating new features and functionality in close cooperation with the product team. Your daily responsibilities will include translating ideas into low-fidelity prototypes. You will test these mock-ups with customers in short iterations and make decisions on the functionality of our product based on these findings. If you're excited to dedicate your work to raise the collaboration of designers and developers not just in our team but for an entire ecosystem, we d love to get to know you!

  • You know how to present complex workflows and user journeys in a simple way and are skilled in creating wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and prototypes.
  • In Figma, no one can fool you and you operate it as naturally as if it were a part of you.
  • Experience in the use and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative user research methods.
  • High sensitivity and understanding of user needs
  • You're fluent in English (add-on: German)
  • You live in Germany or consider moving to Germany. We're open about when and where you work - however, a main residence in Germany is required as we do have occasional on site sprints everybody needs to attend.
  • For all international applicants: Don't worry - we know a new life in a new country is a big step. We will not only help you with the relocation process but also arrange a probationary period ****where you can work from your current location.
