Pharma| Senior Legal Counsel | Zug & Remote | Temp. 6 months | 60-100 % | Jan. 2023 | CHF 150 000+

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Provide counseling on legal and regulatory requirements in the day-to-day business

Negotiate, draft and review various commercial contracts and legal documents

Support the supplier management department with legal advice

Manage claims following the internal guidelines

Advise on corporate and commercial issues

Requirements

Experience:

Fluent in English

Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw)

Compliance experience in Pharma sector

In-depth experience in commercial contracting

At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or in as in-house legal counsel
