Qualification & Experience
- Master's Degree in HR or Related field with 5+yrs HR Generalist experience
Skills & Capabilities
- PHR/SPHR certification is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate presentations to groups effectively
- Successful track record in managing dynamic employee relations cases, involving an in-depth understanding of employment laws
- Experience in Leadership roles in extracurricular organizations during school or school breaks.
- Expertise in Data analysis, action planning, and execution skills.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite.
