JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Rockstar that is hungry, sales heavy, go-getter with strong communication, follow up, organizational skills and a team player to join our group as an Executive Land Buying Specialist!! This is a Full-Time, long-term opportunity with a ton of freedom to really build this as big as you're driven to. This is not a traditional real estate agent position.
There is no showing of houses and a very rare showing of vacant land. Sales are typically performed through phone, text or email. You will be meeting remotely with clients to understand their motivations and how we may be able to help them solve their problems or achieve their goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Executive Land Buying Specialist, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to sell vacant land and to hit metrics
Work closely with other members of our team to identify
customer needs and provide solutions that best meet those needs.
Effectively manage all aspects of the property sales process.
Market and sell properties within target markets.
Create and publish engaging property listings.
Respond, contact and follow up with property buyers daily.
Establish rapport and build trust with buyers.
Educate, negotiate and secure contracts.
Coordinate with the title agent to close the deal.
Develop creative solutions for unique investment opportunities.
Research and identify new marketing strategies for deals and leads
Analyze market data and pricing models to identify and target opportunity rich
markets.
Phone-Based Selling - You are on the phone most of the day talking with potential
clients
Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until
deals are closed
Perform analysis on property value using comps, google street view etc.
Must have the willingness to tackle new leads in Real Time; Answering phones on
the first ring and maintaining/growing current lead generators (Various TV Ads,
provided to the sales team bird dogs, Mail-out's, Local Signs, etc.)
Uncover motivation and build value
Your work style must be a good balance between confident and direct yet empathetic
to the homeowner's situation
Proven track record of problem-solving and resourcefulness | Ability to roll with the
punches, quick learner
Be able to converse on the phones 7-8 hours per day
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years phone sales experience
Ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow up with prospects.
Strong organizational skills to manage all tasks and accountabilities
We need a rockstar with a teamwork attitude
Well-rounded individual with heavy analytical skills
Text and email savvy along with demonstrated follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, CRM and general office software
Willingness to learn our process and absorb the sales training provided
They should also be self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit
Motivated to generate both leads and contracts
Resourceful and detail-oriented with a friendly focus on customer service
Strong ability to analyze each deal for profitability
Critical thinking to effectively analyze target markets
Professional office experience is necessary
Real Estate License is not required but Real Estate knowledge is a plus
Bi-lingual is a plus
