To help our growth and move towards the scalability of our business, the HR department creates a new position ! The employee experience manager manages, tracks, and runs the process to provide the best employee experience.
He has to understand the employees’ perspectives, stay connected with them, and make them feel like a part of the company’s success. The job of employee experience managers revolves around all the aspects of the employee life cycle
The role :
Conduct employee surveys, peer-to-peer conversations
Define and analyze KPIs
Set up internal social rewards
Check the overall experience
Build strategies to improve the employee experience and work culture and understand the needs of employees
Define a feedback system and implement a feedback culture
Work with TA on retention
Create a newsletter, work on the “FAQ”, and animate our people per population (support & consultant)
Organize events
Work with the team on our HR blog
