Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.


15 years of experience working in product management.


10 years of experience building and leading teams.



Preferred qualifications:

Experience with innovating systems for workflow efficiencies through tooling or other product solutions.


Experience with customer/user support (e.g., reducing escalation volume, improving resolution time).

Understanding of sales or partner engagement functions (e.g., identifying user segmentations, setting adoption, ROI targets).


Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.


Ability to create product strategy in an ambiguous environment.

Excellent communication skills.

As the Senior Director of Product Management for YouTube Creator Support, you will be responsible for establishing a product strategy to help existing creators scale as their viewership and business grows on YouTube. You will also build great experiences to support creators in resolving problems.

Improve support for creators on YouTube through support services, tooling, and partner engagement priorities.

Establish a process for consolidating internal tools into anchor tooling and provide support experience for partner managers and other internal teams.


Lead a diverse cross-functional team and improve creator engagement and support.


Establish a measurement of ROI across support tooling and the design roadmap.


Build a cross-functional team of engineers, user experience designers, and product managers.
