As the Senior Director of Product Management for YouTube Creator Support, you will be responsible for establishing a product strategy to help existing creators scale as their viewership and business grows on YouTube. You will also build great experiences to support creators in resolving problems.

Improve support for creators on YouTube through support services, tooling, and partner engagement priorities.
Establish a process for consolidating internal tools into anchor tooling and provide support experience for partner managers and other internal teams.
Lead a diverse cross-functional team and improve creator engagement and support.
Establish a measurement of ROI across support tooling and the design roadmap.
Build a cross-functional team of engineers, user experience designers, and product managers.
