SUMMARY
The Manager, Accounting is responsible for the oversight of general accounting/reporting activities of the assigned Business Units. Lead the day-to-day
accounting operations including functional responsibility over areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit/collections, billing/invoicing, Travel & Expense, cash application. In coordination with the CFO, establish financial policies, practices and procedures that are consistent with GAAP and Parent Company requirements. Responsible for the daily monitoring of General Accounting activities, completion of monthly close, periodic reporting and reconciliation to the General Ledger. Work closely with business leaders and their staffs, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures, but also to explore how accounting can support program operations.
