Technical Requirements:

The Successful candidate will Possess technical skills in as many of the following areas as possible:

Millwright Abilities:

Able to safely operate shop equipment such as a drill press, metal shear, and saws
Vibration Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing, Laser Alignment, Mechanical Thermography
Balancing Fans & Rolls
Component fabrication and assembly
Mechanical repairs and rebuild of all types
Millwright abilities (rigging, installing, removing, and alignment of equipment)
General metal and pipe welding (stick, tig, mig, soldering, and brazing)
Metal cutting (torch and plasma cutter)
General technical knowledge of electrical systems
Machinist Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to machine to close tolerances (link removed) inch or better
Use a variety of machinist's hand tools, precision hand tools and measuring instruments used for setting up and operating automatic and manual machine shop equipment
Demonstrated knowledge of machine parts and applications for a wide variety of materials and sizes using blueprint drawings, CAD models, and pre-written programs and manual lathes, mills, and other equipment
Works from complex drawing and instructions to facilitate the manufacturing of parts and assemblies
Basic Qualifications:

Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance and 3 years experience in and Industrial environment as a Maintenance Technician or high school diploma and 5 years experience in an industrial environment as a Maintenance Technician
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime
Other Qualifications Required:

Good problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Solid team player interested in helping others
Motivated self-starter
