Previous filing and administration experience
Proven ability to work under pressure
Working knowledge of MS Excel capture information on spread sheets
Qualifications
1 Receive files and capture on Excel spread sheet
2 Capture entries
3 File all client contracts immediately upon receipt
4 Ensure files are neat and maintained in alphabetical order
5 Create new files as and when required
6 Ensure that the receipt of all original contracts received from branches is accurately captured
