Engineering and Technical Internal Auditor

* To collaborate with the internal audit team in creating the Risk-Based Audit Plan annually for MSD Manager's review and approval.
* Conducts monthly visit to assigned PMO projects and accomplished the technical monthly scorecard.
* Collaborates with the internal audit team in identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating engineering and technical risks in the company
* Conducts assigned audit fieldwork according to the annual risk-based audit plan.
* Evaluate control efficiency and its effectiveness, assuring that the controls in place are adequate to respond to risks that threaten the organization.
* Checking of regulatory compliances related to use of plant, equipment or equipment.
* Follows up on engineering and technical audit findings and corrective actions and reports the same to the MSD Manager.
* Report and communicate findings and recommend appropriate course of action.
* Ensures the principles of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and competency are applied and upheld.
* Share with the team the engineering trends and emerging issues that could impact SPMC so that they can be properly considered and communicated to appropriate parties.
* Ensures adherence to policies and procedures designed to guide the internal audit activity.
* Adherence to the internal audit charter.
* Ensure adherence to SPMCs relevant policies and procedures, unless such policies and procedures conflict with the internal audit charter. Any such conflicts will be resolved or otherwise communicated to senior management and the COO.
* Help promote all services of SOSAJB Property Management to those whom you encounter with
* Adherence to SPMC ISO quality manual
* Carry out any other duties as assigned within the department and immediate department
