Strong solution provider. Contribute to the design & architecture of automation projects. Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices. Assist in on-going process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting is effective and efficient. Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools and templates Work with teams on the automation Strategy and the Tool Kit Selection Perform code reviews, verify coding standards are being met. Work with peer discipline leads in Development, QA, and Project Management Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers. Excellent oral and written communication.
