• Azure DevOps, Process Mapping, Experience with agile methodologies, Experience with wireframing and prototyping, Microsoft Power BI
• Certification such as IIBA-certified Business Analyst or Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Job Description:

• Work with statewide business stakeholders to gather information on business needs and communicate those needs back to information technology management and staff.
• Gathering business requirements and writing functional specification documents and defining, managing, or launching new functionality/features across multiple, concurrent projects for complex software applications.
• Experience with multiple testing approaches functional, regressions, integration, and user testing as well as experience in analyzing data elements of enterprise applications; determining how the data elements relate to each other.
